The Futakotamagawa Spick & Span shop distinguishes itself in the Tokyo department store with a highly domestic feeling. The wooden ceiling, the pendant lights as well as the hanging devices zig-zaging along the cement-coated walls give an imperfect, asymetrical and uncommon vision for a commercial space.
Natural materials such as a stone based flooring, raw steel and oak profiles in the fitting rooms interact with the central displays: yellow enameled bricks and marble blocks
La boutique tokyoïte Spick&Span se distingue au cœur du centre commercial par sa forte dimension domestique. Le plafond bois, les multiples suspensions lumineuses mais aussi l’accumulation de meubles centraux et de portants asymétriques en appui contre les parois périphériques de la boutique en enduit ciment offrent une lecture aléatoire, imparfaite, inhabituelle pour un espace commercial.
Les matériaux naturels employés offrent une fraicheur évidente au lieu. Le sol en pierre cohabite avec les portants en acier brut, les parois en demi-rond de chêne complètent l’expérience jusqu’en cabine d’essayage. Les podiums monolithiques centraux alternent volumes en terre cuite émaillées jaunes et volumes en marbre.
