HOTEL PULLMAN PARIS MONTPARNASSE - FI'LIA RESTAURANT
After 4 years of renovation, the Pullman Paris Montparnasse, the Accor group's largest business hotel in Paris and Europe, located on the Left Bank in the heart of the Montparnasse district, has just reopened its doors. The architecture and design studio CUT architectures is responsible for the complete metamorphosis of this 115 meter high, 32 storey hotel with 957 rooms. The Pullman Paris Montparnasse embodies the expression of a multifaceted living space, in tune with new lifestyles and working patterns, creating a unique, upscale art of living.
BUONGIORNO, PARIS!
A touch of Italy wafts through the Pullman Paris Montparnasse with the opening of the Fi'lia restaurant. Present in Miami, Nassau and Dubai, the brand has chosen Paris for its first European opening. In an intimate, elegant setting reminiscent of the 1930s and Art Deco, the restaurant, with its open kitchen, offers a true show cooking spectacle. Everything rhymes with generosity and sharing.
THE MERIDIONAL SOUL
Fi'lia is an honest and generous cuisine, handed down from the Nonna to the Mamma and then to the Figlia. Inspired by the products of the land, traditional recipes are perpetuated, shaped and reinvented from generation to generation, adding a light Mediterranean touch. This heritage is reflected in the palette of materials chosen for this place, which is clad in warm tones, green marble, stainless steel tubes, wood and an inlaid parquet floor in the center.

Après 4 ans de travaux, le Pullman Paris Montparnasse, le plus gros porteur de l’enseigne affaires du groupe Accor à Paris et en Europe, installé sur la rive-gauche parisienne, en plein cœur du quartier Montparnasse, vient de rouvrir ses portes. Le studio d’architecture et de design CUT architectures signe la métamorphose complète de cet hôtel de 115 mètres de haut, 32 étages et 957 chambres. Le Pullman Paris Montparnasse incarne l’expression d’un lieu de vie multiple, en phase avec les nouveaux modes de vie et de travail, générateur d’un art de vivre haut de gamme et unique en son genre.

Un air d’Italie souffle au Pullman Paris Montparnasse avec l’ouverture du restaurant Fi’lia. Présente à Miami, Nassau et Dubaï, la marque a maintenant choisi Paris pour sa première ouverture en Europe. Dans un décor intimiste et élégant aux ambiances rappelant les années 30 et l’Art Déco, le restaurant, doté d’une cuisine ouverte offre un véritable spectacle de show-cooking. L’ÂME MERIDIONALE
Fi’lia c’est une cuisine sincère et généreuse, qui se transmet de la Nonna à la Mamma puis à la Figlia. Inspirées par les produits de la terre, les recettes traditionnelles se perpétuent, se façonnent et se réinventent de génération en génération pour y apporter un léger souffle de Méditerranée. Cet héritage infuse la palette de matériaux sélectionnés pour ce lieu, qui s’habille de teintes chaudes, de marbre vert, de tubes d’inox, de bois et d’un parquet en marqueterie en son centre.
